Performance and Planning & Appraisal Programs

     The Baker Consulting Group has developed numerous performance management programs for a variety of clients. Each program is customized for the unique needs of the client.
     Performance planning documents are developed, which allows the manager and employee to work together to develop measurable objectives which cover normal job duties, improvement areas, new duties or creative projects, and individual professional development objectives. These mutually agreed to objectives let all employees know what is expected of them.
     The performance evaluation documents are generally tailored for Exempt and Non-exempt positions; however, variations of these documents may be developed to include sales, management, production, clerical/administrative, information technology, licensed professional, and executive-level management positions.
