     The Baker Consulting Group has extensive experience in conducting general HR department operational audits that includes a thorough review of each functional area, the process, procedures employed and the quality of service provided to both internal and external HR customers. We review personnel files, policies and procedures, employment practices, Workers’ Compensation forms and reports, general welfare 5500 forms, safety programs, drug and alcohol programs, employee handbooks, IRS section 125, 401(k), and 403(b) programs, ADA requirements, EEO/AAP programs, and PDL/FMLA/CFRA compliance.
