Compensation & Incentive Programs

     The Baker Consulting Group has extensive experience in the development of entire base compensation programs for Exempt and Non-exempt level positions in a variety of industries.
     The development of these programs includes job description data gathering through the use of customized job questionnaires, job description development, FLSA testing and assignment of Exempt/Non-exempt status, job family and job grade establishment, benchmarking, wage and salary structure development, broad-banding, job evaluation and grade assignment, salary administration guidelines, and compensation program introduction and training.
     We also have experience in the design of incentive compensation programs using a variety of incentive elements for senior and general management, sales and production employees, as well as team-based incentive programs.
